Firstly, I'm really very disappointed and frustrated with PSD's overseas scholarships. I secured 11 A's with an exclusive 1A for 1119 in SPM 2007. In addition, my extracurricular cgpa is 9.00/10.00. WHY i am not selected,PSD??? However, may i know how am i able to get this PSD local scholarship? Do i need to study Form Six in fully-aided schools or i am able to go straight to private university doing my foundation and get that PSD local scholarship for degree??
