Nik Nur Madihah best SPM 2008 candidates

With  19 1As and one 2A Nik Nur Madihah was named the best student in SPM 2008. She came from poor family yet managed to achieved such high results.

So far she has received few scholarship offers to pursue her studies in middle east and also in UK. The recent offer was from MARA to sponsor her A-Level in Britain.

Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development Minister Datuk Noh Omar said Mara-sponsored students under an excellent student scheme. She doesn’t need to be interview, he added “This is a special case. I’ve met with Nik Nur Madihah, her father and her guidance teacher. She is an exceptional student who has proven that poverty is not an obstacle for success,”
